El monto de las donaciones o auxilios que para fines docentes e investigativos, o para incremento del patrimonio, hicieren personas naturales o jurídicas a favor de las Universidades, se deducirá de la renta bruta para la determinación o computo de la renta liquida, siempre que se cumplan las condiciones estipuladas en los ordinales a) y b) del articulo 52 del Decreto legislativo 0136 de 1958.
