º Con el fin de realizar las obras u otorgar los créditos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, las entidades responsables recibirán del Estado los recursos necesarios, para lo cual el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público ejecutará las operaciones presupuestales necesarias que requiera el cumplimiento de tales propósitos.
