De las consecuencias de la disolución. Disuelta la asociación, se procederá a su liquidación. En consecuencia, no podrá iniciar nuevas operaciones en desarrollo de su objeto social y conservará su capacidad jurídica únicamente para los actos necesarios a la inmediata liquidación. En tal caso deberá adicionar su razón social con la expresión "en liquidación".
