Tripulación . Las empresas que posean embarcaciones de bandera extranjera que operen en aguas jurisdiccionales, deberán mantener, cuando menos, un veinte (20%) por ciento de la tripulación de nacionalidad colombiana de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 61 de la Ley 13 de 1990.
