° Los miembros de la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente deben reunir las mismas calidades que para ser Senador, sesionarán al menos seis horas diarias, salvo los días de vacancia civil o religiosa y durante un lapso que no excederá de cuatro meses, el que podrá prorrogarse, en caso necesario y con fundadas razones, por el Excelentísimo señor Presidente de la República. Devengarán los mismos emolumentos que los miembros del Congreso durante sus sesiones.
