ARTICULO 12 . Las sociedades administradoras de fondos son agentes de retención. En el caso de pagos o abonos en cuenta a favor de los suscriptores o partícipes de Fondos de Inversión, Fondos de Valores, Fondos Comunes, Fondos de Pensiones de Jubilación e Invalidez y Fondos de Cesantías, la sociedad administradora de los Fondos deberá efectuar la retención en la fuente cuando ella proceda, aplicando los porcentajes que correspondan, de conformidad con los artículos 8o. y 9o. de la ley 49 de 1990.
