Los actos administrativos que realice la Caja para el cumplimiento de sus funciones estarán sujetos al procedimiento gubernativo el cual se agota con el recurso de reposición, excepción hecha de las resoluciones que reconocen prestaciones económicas en las cuales el procedimiento gubernativo se agota con el recurso de apelación para ante la Junta Directiva.
