Ley 15 de 1983 · por la cual se desarrollan las Leyes 1ª de 1947 y 90 de 1958 en favor del Círculo de Obreros de San Pedro Claver de Cartagena de Indias, se dictan disposiciones sobre las necesarias remodelaciones de inmuebles coloniales de propiedad de esa entidad, con el fin de completar el plan de revitalización del Barrio Getsemaní en la capital de Bolívar.
