Art. 2.° La suma de que trata el artículo anterior se distribuirá entro los agraciados por partes iguales. La cuota parte que se concede al hijo del General Samudio durará hasta que aquél llegue á la mayor edad, y desde esa fecha dejará de hacerse el pago.
