Modifícase el artículo 2° del Decreto 2292 de 1982, en el sentido de sustituir la descripción que aparece en la posición 85.01.03.11, por la siguiente: "Con excepción de los grupos generadores monofásicos hasta 165 KVA para tensiones de 110 voltios y hasta 600 voltios, 50 o 60 ciclos, y grupos generadores trifásicos hasta 250 KVA para tensiones de 110 voltios y hasta 600 voltios, 50 o 60 ciclos, clasificables en la posición 85.01.03.11 que pagarán un gravamen del cincuenta por ciento (50%) ad valorem".
