° - Son transacciones de la Dirección General del Tesoro Nacional las que se hacen con cargo a los recursos del Presupuesto Nacional. La responsabilidad por las transacciones realizadas con los recursos a los que se refiere el inciso anterior será del servidor público que tenga asignada dicha función.
