LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.1.1.8.11. Custodia de la Libreta. Dicha Libreta de Embarco será entregada por el tripulante al Armador al ser contratado como tripulante de nave pesquera industrial, y quedará bajo su custodia durante el tiempo que el tripulante forme parte de la tripulación de una de sus naves, facilitándosela al tripulante para los efectos de registro de los exámenes médicos periódicos y presentándola en la Capitanía de Puerto cuando esta lo exija, para registro de sanciones, etc.
