º. Los auxilios por tiempo de servicio que debe reconocer la Caja de Auxilios de la Policía Nacional se concederán a los empleados que hayan servido por cinco, diez, o quince años, y su cuantía será del doce, del veinte y del veinticinco por ciento en su orden, según lo establecieron los artículos 1 del Decreto 837 de 1930 y 3 del decreto 825 de 1931.
