Articulo 87 . Son resoluciones modificadoras aquellas por medio de las cuales el Consejo Directivo de la Corporación Corrige errores cometidos en la Resolución Distribuidora de la contribución, y que pueden consistir en la mensura del área o frente del predio beneficiario, en la calidad o contenido del derecho atribuido al contribuyente, en la identificación del inmueble, en el factor o coeficiente del beneficio, pero que no afectan la identidad de la persona llamada al pago de la contribución.
