Procedencia . Cuando el bien sea una comunidad territorial que pertenezca a más de veinte comuneros, o el número de éstos fuere desconocido o incierto, para su división se observarán las reglas de este capítulo. Si se tratare de sucesión ilíquida, será indispensable que la indivisión tenga siquiera veinte años de existencia.
