º . Una vez el Ministro de Educación Nacional manifieste por escrito estar notificado de los programas a que se refiere el artículo 3º de este Decreto, ordenará al ICFES su registro en el Sistema Nacional de Información de la Educación Superior mediante resolución. En los casos de estar la institución sólo obligada a la información sobre programas, una vez haya sido informado el ICFES, se procederá a su registro.
