Modifíquese el artículo 2.9.4.2.3 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "ARTÍCULO 2.9.4.2.3 Prohibiciones. Las sociedades comisionistas de bolsa de valores no podrán realizar operaciones por cuenta propia teniendo como contraparte, directa o indirectamente, a los fondos de inversión colectiva que administre o a los portafolios de valores de terceros que administren en desarrollo de contratos de administración de portafolios de terceros.".
