Destinase la suma de seis mil pesos ($ 6.000) como aporte nacional para la continuación del edificio que para oficinas públicas, cárcel, etc., adelanta el Municipio de Girardota.

Dicha suma se entregará al Concejo Municipal siempre que consienta en ceder a la Nación el derecho a ocupar en el edificio los locales necesarios para Juzgado de Circuito, Cárcel, Oficina Telegráfica y demás oficinas nacionales.
