Con el producto de la operación u operaciones que se realicen con el lote, se construirán escuelas públicas rurales dentro del territorio del Municipio, de conformidad a un plan que establezcan las autoridades respectivas, no pudiéndose dar a tal producto destinación distinta a la ordenada por la presente Ley.
