Una vez cumplida la comisión, el funcionario deberá prestar sus servicios a la entidad pública correspondiente por lo menos por el doble del término de la comisión salvo que quien otorgó la comisión lo eximiere total o parcialmente de dicho requisito por justa causa comprobada.
