El ciudadano que esté prestando el servicio militar, tiene derecho al suministro de papel y sobres para comunicarse con sus familiares. Para tal efecto, la Sección de Personal de cada Unidad tiene la obligación de relacionar y remitir la correspondencia de los soldados para que llegue oportunamente a su destino, con la franquicia establecida por la ley.
