° El artículo 13 del Decreto 3046 de diciembre 29 de 1989, quedará así: “Los Tesoreros o Pagadores que obren en calidad de cuentadantes serán los responsables de enviar a la Tesorería General de la República, dentro de los siete (7) días siguientes al último de cada mes, los informes mensuales del movimiento de las cuentas corrientes registradas, debidamente auditados por la Contraloría General de la República”.
