El impacto y los resultados del presente decreto serán revisados y evaluados anualmente desde su entrada en vigencia por el Comité de Asuntos Aduaneros, Arancelarios y de Comercio Exterior, que podrá proponer su modificación, previo informe que deberá rendir la Dirección de Comercio Exterior y la Dirección de Productividad y Competitividad del Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo.
