º . Adiciónase el artículo 2º del Decreto 246 de 1993, con el siguiente inciso: "Los miembros de la Junta Directiva del Banco de la República, con excepción del Ministro de Haciendo y Crédito Público, devengarán la misma remuneración salarial y tendrán derecho a iguales períodos de vacaciones anualmente. A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, no se tendrá en cuenta el factor de la prima de antigüedad para efectos del régimen prestacional".
