Plazo para presentar la solicitud del programa.La solicitud de autorización del programa se podrá presentar hasta el 31 de marzo de 2023, a fin de surtir el trámite de evaluación por la Dirección de Comercio Exterior del Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo.

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 3. Plazo para presentar la solicitud del programa. La solicitud de autorización del programa se podrá presentar dentro de los diecisiete (17) meses siguientes, contados a partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente Decreto, a fin de surtir el trámite de evaluación por parte de la Dirección de Comercio Exterior del Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo.
