Las deudas registradas conforme al procedimiento establecido en los artículos 28 y siguientes del Decreto 2322 de 1965, así como los préstamos que se hubieren vendido al Banco de la República según lo dispuesto en el artículo 33 del mencionado Decreto, se servirán por el mercado de Certificados de Cambio a la tasa vigente al tiempo del respectivo giro, y conforme a los plazos y condiciones aprobados al momento de registrar la deuda o de vender el préstamo al Banco de la República, según el caso.
