Art 10. Los Catedráticos que no asistan a la clase, a las conferencias jenerales u otros actos obligatorios, no devengarán el sueldo correspondiente al dia o días que falten. Es éste el único apremio a que estarán sometidos por tales faltas, sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo 37 del Decreto orgánico.
