Autorízase la reglamentación de nuevas causales de no aptitud, que se deriven del avance técnico-científico, producto de nuevas investigaciones. Dichas causales serán aceptadas una vez se sometan a un análisis por parte de un Comité de Especialistas de la Sanidad de las diferentes Fuerzas y del Hospital Militar Central, y estarán sujetas a la aprobación del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.
