LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.6.3.33. Tasa de desempleo de referencia. Para determinar la tasa de desempleo nacional en cumplimiento del inciso 5° del artículo 30 de la Ley 789 de 2002, se tomará la tasa nacional promedio del periodo comprendido entre el 1° de enero y el 31 de diciembre del año inmediatamente anterior, certificada por el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística (DANE), a más tardar en la segunda quincena del mes de enero de cada año.
