La Caja de Vivienda Militar estará dirigida, administrada y orientada por la Junta Directiva, el Director General y los demás funcionarios que la Junta determine, quienes desempeñarán sus funciones dentro de las facultades y con las atribuciones que este Decreto y los Estatutos les confieran, y en lo no previsto en ellos, en armonía con las leyes vigentes
