º. Recursos y bienes . El manejo de los recursos y bienes que presupuestal y contablemente le correspondan a la Auditoría General de la República estará a cargo del Auditor General, sin perjuicio de las delegaciones a que haya lugar sobre esta materia.

Parágrafo

La Contraloría General de la República entregará a la Auditoría General de la República los bienes que actualmente utiliza para su funcionamiento, incluido el inmueble donde funcionan sus oficinas de la ciudad de Santa Fe de Bogotá, mediante acta e inventario que suscribirán los jefes de cada organismo, con cuyos documentos se harán los ajustes contables que correspondan.
