º El inciso 2º del artículo 9º del Decreto 855 de 1994, quedará así: En la invitación se fijarán los criterios de selección objetiva del intermediario de acuerdo con los principios señalados en la Ley 80 de 1993, entre los cuales se incluirán, la capacidad técnica y patrimonial según el servicio, calidad del servicio ofrecido y la infraestructura operativa que cada proponente coloque a disposición de la entidad contratante.
