Definición del pilar contributivo . Entiéndase por Pilar Contributivo aquel integrado por los trabajadores dependientes e independientes, servidores públicos y a las personas con capacidad de pago para efectuar las cotizaciones, que les permita acceder a una pensión integral de vejez, invalidez o sobrevivientes en el Sistema y demás prestaciones establecidas en la Ley 2381 de 2024.
