Art. 39. Las penas de pérdidas de cursos ó de expulsión temporal ó definitiva de la Escuela serán impuestas por el Consejo Directivo, de acuerdo con el Gobernador del Departamento, y de ello se dará cuenta al Ministerio de Instrucción Pública.
