Vigencia y derogatorias. Este decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica los artículos 21, 26, 61, 64 y 65 del Decreto 975 de 2004, el artículo 4º del Decreto 3169 de 2004, los artículos 1º, 2º, 3º y 4º del Decreto 3745 de 2004, el artículo 1º del Decreto 1526 de 2005 y deroga el artículo 5º del Decreto 3111 de 2004, y todas las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.

Decreto 4429 de 2005 · por el cual se modifican los Decretos 975 de 2004, 3169 de 2004, 3111 de 2004, y 1526 de 2005, y se establecen los criterios especiales a los que se sujetará el otorgamiento de subsidios familiares de vivienda de interés social con cargo a los recursos de la Bolsa Unica Nacional, y se dictan otras disposiciones.
