Decreto 2829 de 1974 · Por el cual se aprueban los estatutos de la Zona Franca Industrial y Comercial de Cúcuta

Reuniones. La Junta Directiva se reunirá en el Municipio de Cúcuta, en forma ordinaria, una vez al mes y extraordinariamente cuando sea convocada por su Presidente, el Gerente o tres de sus miembros por los menos. De manera ocasional, y previa comunicación escrita que indique el lugar, podrá reunirse en sitio diferente.

Parágrafo 1

Cuando por alguna circunstancia el Presidente de la Junta o su delegado, no puedan concurrir a la sesión de que se trate, ésta será presidida por un Vicepresidente elegido por la Junta, y en su defecto, por la persona que ésta escoja para la respectiva reunión.

Parágrafo 2

A las reuniones de la Junta Directiva deberán concurrir los funcionarios de la Zona Franca que la misma Junta y el Gerente determinen.
