El presente Decreto, para efecto de las asignaciones que señala, regirá a partir del primero de febrero del presente año, fecha desde la cual está prestando sus servicios toso el personal, con excepción del Ayudante de Administración, para quien regirá a partir de la fecha de la posesión.
