El Beneficiario Deberá Obligarse A Prestar Sus Servicios Posteriores A La Entidad Que Lo Patrocine O Que Aporte La Financiación Del Programa Dentro De Su Profesión Y Especialidad En Un Horario No Inferior A Cuatro Horas Diarias O Veinticuatro Semanales, Así: A) Si El Programa Se Realiza En El Exterior, El Doble Del J Tiempo, Independientemente De La Duración, Pero Nunca Menor De Un Año

° El beneficiario deberá obligarse a prestar sus servicios posteriores a la entidad que lo patrocine o que aporte la financiación del programa dentro de su profesión y especialidad en un horario no inferior a cuatro horas diarias o veinticuatro semanales, así

Si el programa se realiza en el exterior, el doble del j tiempo, independientemente de la duración, pero nunca menor de un año.

Si el programa se realiza en el país y tiene duración menor de un año, el doble del tiempo.

Si el programa se realiza en el país y su duración es mayor de un año, el tiempo será igual al que dure el programa.
