La indagatoria deberá recibirse a la mayor brevedad posible dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes a aquel en que el capturado haya sido puesto a disposición del juez. Este término se duplicará si hubiere más de dos capturados en el mismo proceso y si la aprehensión se hubiere realizado en la misma fecha.
