De la no entrega de las actas de asamblea. De conformidad con el parágrafo del artículo 47 de la Ley 675 de 2001, una vez opere la negativa en la entrega de la copia del acta de asamblea o documentos no sometidos a reserva legal, bastará con la emisión de la orden de policía debidamente proferida por el alcalde municipal o distrital para su cumplimiento. La inobservancia a esta disposición constituirá el comportamiento contrario a la convivencia al que hace referencia las afectaciones de las relaciones entre las persona s y las autoridades.
