El Municipio de Guapi queda en la obligación de transferir el terreno a título gratuito a los colonos que tengan edificada casa de habitación dentro del área que se cede o que lleguen a edificarla en lo sucesivo con sujeción a las normas que fije el mismo Municipio, siempre que su extensión no exceda de la indicada por la Ley 98 de 1982.
