La competencia desleal entre profesionales de enfermería deberá evitarse; por consiguiente, en ningún caso se mencionarán las limitaciones, deficiencias o fracasos de los colegas para menoscabar sus derechos y estimular el ascenso o progreso profesional de uno mismo o de terceros. También se evitará, en las relaciones con los colegas, todo tipo de conductas lesivas, tales como ultrajes físicos o psicológicos, injurias, calumnias o falsos testimonios.
