Requisitos. Las entidades de medicina prepagada que presten servicios de ambulancia prepagado deberán ceñirse a las normas en materia de medicina prepagada que le fueren aplicables, a las disposiciones especiales contenidas en este Capítulo, contar con las condiciones higiénico sanitarias establecidas en el Título IV de la Ley 9ª de 1979 y sus normas reglamentarias y cumplir con la Normatización del Componente Traslado para la Red Nacional de Urgencias.
