Art. 76. Las liquidaciones se formarán sobre las nóminas, cuentas para cobrar ú otros documentos en que se funde el derecho de los respectivos acreedores, y los Ministros liquidadores lo harán, además, sobre los mismos datos que presenten las Oficinas que hubieren sido autorizadas para hacer los gastos por anticipación.
