Art. 1. º Desde el día siguiente al en que el presente Decreto llegue á conocimiento de cada una de las respectivas Administraciones de Aduana, se cobrará a estas oficinas sobre el ganado vacuno que se exporte, el siguiente gravamen: Por cada res macho, cinco pesos oro. Por cada res hembra, diez pesos oro.
