Art. 5.° No es necesaria la aprobación previa de un nombramiento de Administrador subalterno, para que éste éntre á ejercer sus funciones ; pero cesará en éstas inmediatamente que se tenga conocimiento de la improbación que de tal nombramiento haga el Poder Ejecutivo.
