° Desde el dia de la sancion de esta lei, la viuda i los cuatro hijos lejítimos del finado Coronel Rafael Silva disfrutarán de una pension alimenticia se sesenta pesos ($ 60) mensuales divisibles así: veinte para la señora; i diez para cada uno de los hijos.
