El reintegro es la reincorporación al servicio de una persona, en cumplimiento de una decisión judicial que lo ordene, como consecuencia de la declaración de nulidad de su desvinculación, de conciliación en los términos legales, y en los casos en que termine la suspensión del cargo por alguna causa legal.
