Art. 1.° Destinonenase del Tesoro punoneblico la suma de diez mil pesos para distribuirlos entre aquellas personas desvalidas que hayan sufrido penonerdidas irreparables en el incendio ocurrido en Panamanone el 19 de febrero unoneltimo; i la de dos mil pesos para distribuirlos tambien entre las personas que se encuentren en el mismo caso por consecuencia del incendio de Pueblo-viejo, en el Estado del Magdalena.
