Art. 7.° La jurisdicción de los Tenientes políticos creados por el Decreto número 339 de 1905 sólo se extiende al círculo para donde han sido nombrados; pero en casos especiales pueden extenderla al territorio de otro Círculo ó Departamento cuando para ello sean autorizados por el respectivo Administrador ó por el Rematador ó sus representantes, en un caso, ó cuando sorprendan á los defraudadores infragantí delito.
